About Lush Food & Drink
What this site covers, and what it deliberately does not.
Lush Food & Drink covers kitchen equipment and the cooking you do with it. Right now that means air fryers: which sizes suit which households, what the specification sheets actually tell you, how to keep one working, and what to cook in it.
What we publish
Three kinds of page, and they do different jobs. Buying guides set several models against the same measures so you can see where they genuinely differ. Reviews take one model and go deeper on what its numbers mean in a real kitchen. How-to pages and recipes cover the part that comes after the purchase.
What we do not do
We do not test these appliances. Nobody here has run a side-by-side cook-off, so we never write that we have. Every specification you read on this site was taken from the manufacturer’s own product listing, and each product page names the source and the ASIN so you can check it.
You will not find a star rating or a score anywhere on this site. The product data feed we use does not return customer ratings, and inventing one would be the easiest lie to tell. Where a manufacturer does not publish a figure, the spec table says not published instead of guessing.
We also do not print prices. They change, and a stale price is worse than none. Product links go straight to the listing where the current price lives.
Who writes it
Pages are written and maintained by the Lush editorial team. We do not invent named authors or credentials we cannot back up. If you want to know how a particular recommendation was reached, How We Research sets out the method.
Getting in touch
Corrections are welcome, particularly on specifications. If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say what changed.
