The five sets differ most in piece count and oven-safe temperature. The GoodCook set has 3 pieces and no published temperature. The Amazon Basics set has 6 pieces and is rated to 428 F. The All-Clad set has 5 pieces and is rated to 600 F. The NutriChef set has 10 pieces and is rated to 450 F. The Gymdin set has 12 pieces and no published temperature. Published weights run from 4.0 pounds for Amazon Basics to 12.8 pounds for All-Clad, and GoodCook publishes 0.55 pounds, which three carbon steel sheets cannot weigh.
Material also separates them. Four sets use carbon steel: Amazon Basics, GoodCook, Gymdin and NutriChef. Three use stainless steel: E-far, TeamFar and All-Clad. Among the five picks only All-Clad publishes a temperature above 450 F, and NutriChef publishes exactly 450 F. The GoodCook and Gymdin sets do not publish an oven-safe temperature at all.

The table does not tell you how evenly each pan heats, how the coatings hold up over time, or how the handles feel in the hand. Those are performance questions, and no one at Lush has used these sets. The table also cannot tell you the size of each pan except where a maker lists them: Gymdin measures all twelve of its pieces, GoodCook gives two figures for each sheet, Amazon Basics gives two for most, and NutriChef and All-Clad name their pieces without measuring any of them.
What Each Set Is Built to Do
Baking sheets versus full sets
The GoodCook set is three baking sheets in small, medium and large sizes. It is for someone who mostly bakes cookies, roasted vegetables or sheet-pan dinners and does not need cake pans or a muffin pan. The Amazon Basics set is the opposite approach: six pieces that cover loaf, round cake, muffin, roast and sheet baking in one box.
If you already own cake pans and only need more sheet capacity, the GoodCook set adds three sizes without duplicating what you have. If you are starting from nothing, the Amazon Basics set covers more of the basic shapes. The GoodCook set publishes 0.55 pounds, which cannot be three carbon steel sheets; the Amazon Basics set publishes 4.0 pounds.
Accessories and capacity
The Gymdin set includes a cooling rack and oven mitts, plus a roasting pan, baking sheet, loaf pan and two 6-cup muffin pans. The NutriChef set includes a pizza pan, two round pans, a square pan, a loaf pan, two cookie sheets and both 12-cup and 24-cup muffin pans. Neither the GoodCook nor the Amazon Basics set includes a rack or mitts.
For large-batch muffin baking, the NutriChef set is the only one of these five that publishes a 24-cup muffin pan. The Gymdin set publishes two 6-cup muffin pans, which is 12 cups total. The Amazon Basics set publishes one 12-cup muffin pan. The GoodCook and All-Clad sets do not include a muffin pan.
Heat Limits and What the Metal Is
Three ratings and two silences
The All-Clad set is the only one of the five rated for broiler use, at 600 F. The NutriChef set is rated to 450 F. The Amazon Basics set is rated to 428 F. The GoodCook and Gymdin sets do not publish an oven-safe temperature. If your cooking regularly goes above 450 F, the All-Clad set is the only pick with a published rating that high.
Those three figures are not comparable in the way they look. Amazon Basics states 428 F for a nonstick carbon steel set, NutriChef 450 F for the same kind of surface, and All-Clad 600 F for bare stainless steel with no coating to damage. A coating is what a temperature ceiling protects, so a bare metal pan has less reason to publish one.
Carbon steel against stainless
Material matters for durability. The All-Clad set uses tri-ply bonded stainless steel and is described as durable enough for metal utensils. The other four picks use carbon steel with a nonstick coating. Carbon steel is lighter, but nonstick coatings can scratch, and the manufacturers recommend hand washing for several of these sets to extend pan life.
The coatings are described differently too. Gymdin states a nonstick coating free of PTFE, PFAS and PFOA, NutriChef states BPA free carbon steel, and GoodCook calls its coating a scratch resistant exclusive formula it says performs better than single coat systems. Amazon Basics states a nonstick coating and nothing more. Two more stainless sets sit on the sheet, from E-far and TeamFar, neither of them a pick here.
Washing, Nesting and What Is Guaranteed
Three dishwasher claims that take themselves back
Every one of these five says something about washing and three of them say two things at once. GoodCook states the set is dishwasher safe and then recommends hand washing for longer lasting use. NutriChef states dishwasher safe and then recommends hand washing to extend pan life. Gymdin states dishwasher safe and then asks for mild soap and a soft sponge.
The other two are simpler and stricter. Amazon Basics states hand wash for best results and makes no dishwasher claim at all. All-Clad states that handwashing is recommended, on the one set here with no coating to lose. So the practical answer across all five is the same: wash them by hand, whatever the dishwasher line says, and the three coated sets with a dishwasher claim have the most to lose by ignoring it.
Nesting, stacking and the carton figures
Two listings address storage directly. Gymdin states that all pieces nest seamlessly and puts a figure on it, cutting storage space by 50 percent. NutriChef states a space saving stackable wide tray design and adds that the pans suit a refrigerator and a freezer as well as an oven. GoodCook, Amazon Basics and All-Clad say nothing about how their pieces sit together.
The carton figures are worth reading and not worth trusting. GoodCook publishes a package of 12.6 by 19.6 by 6.8 inches, NutriChef 13 by 18 by 7.5 and All-Clad 12.99 by 21.26 by 5.71, all of which are plausible boxes. Gymdin publishes 13 by 17 by 0.5 inches for twelve nesting pans and a pair of oven mitts, which no carton that flat could hold.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
Cookie and sheet-pan baker. The GoodCook set gives you three baking sheets in small, medium and large. It publishes 0.55 pounds, a figure three steel sheets cannot weigh, and it is dishwasher safe. It does not include cake, loaf or muffin pans.
First-time baker. The Amazon Basics 6 Piece set covers loaf, round cake, muffin, roast and sheet baking in one box. It is rated to 428 F and weighs 4.0 pounds. Hand wash is recommended.
Baker who wants extras. The Gymdin 12PCS set includes a cooling rack and oven mitts along with its pans. It has 12 pieces and weighs 8.0 pounds. It does not publish an oven-safe temperature.
Large-batch baker. The NutriChef 10-Piece set includes both a 12-cup and a 24-cup muffin pan, plus a pizza pan and two cookie sheets. It is rated to 450 F and weighs 10.0 pounds.
High-heat cook. The All-Clad 5-Piece set is broiler safe to 600 F and uses tri-ply bonded stainless steel. It weighs 12.8 pounds and includes a cooling and baking rack. Handwashing is recommended.
What We Could Not Verify
Several figures are not published by the manufacturers, and we did not estimate them.
- A pan depth for the GoodCook sheets, given as 13 by 9, 15 by 10 and 17 by 11 inches with no third figure.
- A pan depth for the Amazon Basics pieces, named as 9 by 5 and 13 by 9 inches with no third figure.
- Any individual pan size from NutriChef or All-Clad, which name their pieces and never measure them.
- The HONGBAKE set does not publish a weight.
- E-far publishes 450 F for its pans and states only fridge and freezer use for its two plastic lids.
- A warranty length for the GoodCook, Amazon Basics, Gymdin or NutriChef sets, where All-Clad states a limited lifetime warranty.
