How the Five Compare on the Numbers
A shallow cabinet asks one question of a melting machine, which is how tall it is, and on this page the answers run from 2.36 inches to 13.78. Two of these five are low enough to go away between uses. Three are counter machines whatever else they do, and one of the two low figures is contradicted by the same listing’s own data.
Three makers publish their own dimensions in a sentence. WantJoin states 17.32 by 13.58 by 6.50 inches and its fields carry the same three numbers. VEVOR publishes 7.87 by 14.57 by 8.27 inches as its size and its fields read exactly that. ROCEEI states 2.95 inches of height and its field says 7.28, which cannot both describe one machine.
What the table cannot tell you is whether any published height includes a lid. None of these five says so, and on the two water bath machines the pans sit in a tank whose rim may or may not be the highest point. On a cabinet with an inch to spare that matters, and the only listing that gives a pot figure at all is ROCEEI, at 5.51 inches of diameter.
The Two Machines Low Enough to Put Away
GELRIUNY Publishes 2.36 Inches and No Water
The GELRIUNY pot publishes 2.36 inches of height on fields of 9.06 by 6.69 inches and 2.8 lb, which makes it the only pick here that a shallow cabinet takes without argument. It is also the only one that heats without water, using bonded aluminum alloy thermal plates at 40 W, so there is nothing to fill or empty before it goes away.
What it gives up is scale and figures. It publishes 1 L against 9 lb and 18 lb on the water bath picks, and its temperature control is an intelligent constant temperature chip over a published 32 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit. It publishes a 304 stainless shell, a ceramic coated nonstick pan, anti leakage cutoff and replaceable fuses, and no size in its own words.
ROCEEI States 2.95 Inches and Publishes 7.28
ROCEEI is the interesting case on this page. Its fourth bullet states the machine measures 13.78 by 9.06 by 2.95 inches and repeats the same figures as 35 by 23 by 7.5 cm, so the maker is internally consistent. Its published dimension fields then read 11.02 by 16.34 by 7.28 inches, and two of those three numbers appear nowhere in the maker’s sentence.
House rule here is that the maker’s own words win, which would make this the second machine low enough for a cabinet. It is worth saying plainly that nothing verifies it. What the listing does publish is a detachable melting bowl, a silicone scraper, a 5.51 inch pot diameter, an aluminum melting bowl on a heating plate, and 7.11 lb for a double pot.
The Two Water Bath Machines
WantJoin Holds 18 lb at a Stated 6.50 Inches
WantJoin publishes the best capacity for its height on this page: 18 lb across two 1/3 size food grade 304 stainless pans, at a stated 17.32 by 13.58 by 6.50 inches whose three figures its fields repeat. It publishes a temperature range of 75 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit on a rotary knob, with 1200 W of water bath heating.
Six and a half inches is still a counter machine, and 13.49 lb settles it. The water bath is the trade: it is what melts two flavors evenly at once and it is also water to add and empty every session. The listing includes a large silicone spatula and publishes overheat protection and a one year warranty.
VEVOR Matches Its Own Figures and Watches the Water
VEVOR publishes 7.87 by 14.57 by 8.27 inches as its size and its dimension fields read exactly the same, which on this fact sheet is worth noting on its own. Its distinctive feature is protection: a low water auto shutoff and a dry burn design, which is the only safeguard of that kind published among these five.
It publishes 9 lb across two tanks with a water bath layer and U shaped heating tubes stated to melt from edge to center, a detachable melter that rinses clean, and 7.72 lb. At 8.27 inches it needs more headroom than WantJoin does for half the capacity, so the figures favour the other water bath pick on everything but the shutoff.
The Tank That Stirs For You
HXQWDQL Publishes 13.78 Inches and a Mixing Wheel
The HXQWDQL tank publishes 13.78 inches of height, the most on this page, and it is the only pick with a mixing wheel at an adjustable speed, so the chocolate is kept moving without a hand or a spatula in it. It publishes 8 kg of capacity with a 12 kg option, embedded heating plates and air heating rather than a water bath.
It also publishes the widest temperature span here, 0 to 95 degrees Celsius, on food grade stainless steel stated for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Its size field reads only standard size, so the 13.78 inches rests on a field, and at 16.74 lb it is not a machine that moves between a counter and a cabinet.
Where the Pool Runs Out of Figures
Two of these five publish no temperature range at all, which on machines sold for tempering rather than melting is the gap that matters most. ROCEEI and VEVOR each describe a controller or real time sensing, and neither says what band it holds. Elsewhere in this pool a GSHSHOU listing publishes all three dimensions as the same figure, which is an unpopulated field rather than a machine.
Only two makers here publish a wattage, at 40 W and 1200 W, which is a span of a different order and tells you which of these is an appliance and which is a warmer. None of these five publishes a warm up time, so how long any of this takes is unstated.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
It has to live in the cabinet. GELRIUNY publishes 2.36 inches and 2.8 lb on a 1 L waterless pot at 40 W, with a 304 stainless shell, a ceramic coated pan and no water to empty first.
You want two pots and a bowl that lifts out. ROCEEI states 13.78 by 9.06 by 2.95 inches with a 5.51 inch pot, a detachable melting bowl and a scraper, though its own height field says 7.28.
You melt two flavors at once. WantJoin states 17.32 by 13.58 by 6.50 inches for 18 lb across two 304 stainless pans, at 1200 W and 75 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
You leave it running for hours. VEVOR publishes 7.87 by 14.57 by 8.27 inches with a water bath, U shaped heating tubes, a low water auto shutoff and a detachable melter, at 9 lb of capacity.
You want it stirred for you. HXQWDQL publishes a 13.78 inch commercial tank with an adjustable speed mixing wheel, air heating, 8 kg of capacity and a 0 to 95 degree Celsius range.
What We Could Not Verify
Every figure and every claim above is the maker’s own, taken from the listing itself. These are the things we went looking for across all sixteen listings on this fact sheet and could not find.
- Whether the ROCEEI machine is 2.95 inches high as its bullet says or 7.28 as its field says.
- A temperature range in figures from ROCEEI or VEVOR, two of these five picks.
- A capacity in pounds or liters from ROCEEI, which publishes only a 5.51 inch pot diameter.
- A size in the maker’s own words from GELRIUNY or HXQWDQL, whose size fields read single pot and standard size.
- A published weight for the HXQWDQL 12 kg version, since only one weight appears for both capacities.
- Whether any published height includes a lid, which none of these five states.
