The thing that makes a tart pan awkward to clean is the thing that makes it work: a removable base. A false bottom means a seam where filling gets in, and it means two pieces to wash instead of one. So the five here are arranged along that axis, from pans with a loose base to pans you throw away rather than wash.
Three of these five have a removable bottom and a nonstick or silicone coating. Two are foil pans with no coating, no seam and no washing up. Only the two foil pans publish a capacity, at 5.7 fluid ounces and about 8 oz. Only two of the five publish a weight, at 0.7 pounds for one pan and 1.55 pounds for a set.

The table cannot tell you how well a silicone coating survives a dishwasher, because CHEFMADE never mentions one and nobody publishes a coating life. It cannot give a capacity for the three reusable pans. And it cannot tell you the foil gauge for PACTOGO, which states heavy duty and leaves the number to KitchenDance, which publishes 35 gauge in the same pool.
A Removable Bottom Is a Seam
Three pans with a false base
Wilton, FIDZ PAN and CHEFMADE all have a loose bottom and all three name the same benefit: getting a set shell out without breaking it. FIDZ PAN goes further and claims the join is leak proof, saying its removable bottom lets you bake quiche without fear of messy leakage. That is the only listing in this pool that addresses the seam directly.
The seam is the cleaning cost. Two pieces means two pieces to wash, and a ring that sits inside a base plate has a lip where custard settles. None of the three states how to clean that join, and FIDZ PAN is the only one that tells you what not to use on it, which is steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
Two with nothing to take apart
PACTOGO and LNYZQUS are one piece foil. There is no base to separate, no coating to protect and, according to both listings, nothing to wash. PACTOGO puts it bluntly: no more messy clean ups, simply dispose of them after eating. LNYZQUS says you avoid wasting time washing a baking tray at all.
That is a real answer to an easy clean station and it comes with a real cost, which is that you are buying pans repeatedly. Both ship with dome lids, so a baked tart can be covered and moved without a second container, which is the other half of the convenience case and the reason the two are here rather than as an afterthought.
What Each Listing Says About Washing
Dishwasher, with conditions
FIDZ PAN gives the most complete instruction of any listing in this pool. It states the pans are easy to clean in the dishwasher, that washing them by hand in soapy water is best to extend their life, and that steel wool and abrasive cleaners will damage the coating. Three sentences that actually tell you how to own the thing.
Wilton is vaguer. Its bullet reads from dishwasher safety to quick handwashing for optimal results, which implies both are allowed and does not commit to either. CHEFMADE states easy release and less oil and never mentions washing at all, which on a pan with a silicone coating and a removable base is the omission that matters most.
What each is rated to withstand
CHEFMADE states the widest set of appliances: safe for use in the oven and in an electric pressure cooker, which is unusual for a tart pan and useful if the station includes one. LNYZQUS states oven, BBQ grill, air fryer and refrigerator, and gives a figure with it, up to 250 C or 482 F.
PACTOGO states freezing and reheating without a temperature. Wilton states no temperature at all. That leaves FIDZ PAN, which states more than one, and the two figures it states do not agree with each other, which is the subject of the next section.
Capacity, Temperature and Numbers That Argue
Only the disposables publish a volume
PACTOGO publishes the most precisely specified pan in this pool by a distance. Its bullet gives a top outside dimension of 4-7/8 inches, a top inside of 4-3/8 inches, a bottom of 3.0 inches, a vertical depth of 1-1/4 inches and a capacity of 5.7 fluid ounces. Five figures for a pan you throw away.
LNYZQUS states about 8 oz of capacity at 4.6 inches in diameter and 1.2 inches high, with dome lids 1.5 inches tall. Between them the two foil pans tell you exactly how much filling goes in. Wilton, FIDZ PAN and CHEFMADE, the three you keep, publish no capacity at all and leave you to work it out from a diameter and a depth.
Numbers that do not line up
FIDZ PAN states two temperature ranges. Its title reads 550 to 600 F and a bullet states the pan maintains its shape from minus 105 to 600 F. The upper figure agrees and the lower does not, and nothing in the listing reconciles a floor of 550 with a floor of minus 105. The bullet is the more complete statement.
PACTOGO and Wilton have smaller versions of the same problem. PACTOGO’s title says a pack of 10 sets and a bullet says the tins come in a bulk pack of 50 pieces. Wilton states a 1 inch depth and gives the metric as 2.8 cm, which is closer to 1.1 inches, and its published length field reads 0.98 inches where a second diameter belongs.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
A standard nine inch you keep. Wilton states a 9 inch diameter and a 1 inch depth in steel with a nonstick coating and a removable bottom, and mentions both dishwasher safety and quick hand washing. It publishes no weight and no temperature limit.
Told exactly how to clean it. FIDZ PAN publishes 9 by 9 by 1.1 inches and 0.7 pounds in carbon steel, states a leak proof removable bottom, and states dishwasher use, hand washing to extend life, and no steel wool or abrasives.
Small pans for a pressure cooker. CHEFMADE states four 3 inch pans with removable bottoms, a food grade silicone coating free of PTFE and PFOA, and 0.6 mm carbon steel. It states oven and electric pressure cooker use and nothing about washing.
Nothing to wash, precisely specified. PACTOGO states a foil pan of 4-7/8 inches at the top, 4-3/8 inches inside, a 3.0 inch base, 1-1/4 inches deep and 5.7 fluid ounces, with a snap on dome lid and no cleaning at all.
Fifty portions with lids and spoons. LNYZQUS states fifty 4.6 inch foil pans holding about 8 oz, with fifty dome lids 1.5 inches high and fifty spoons, rated to 250 C or 482 F and usable in an air fryer.
What We Could Not Verify
These are the figures an easy clean station would want, and that these listings do not give.
- A capacity for the Wilton, FIDZ PAN and CHEFMADE pans, published only by the two foil picks.
- Whether the CHEFMADE silicone coated pans may go in a dishwasher at all.
- A temperature limit for the Wilton pan and the CHEFMADE set.
- A published weight for the Wilton pan and the PACTOGO foil pans.
- The foil gauge of the PACTOGO pans, stated only as heavy duty.
- How to clean the seam where a removable base meets its ring, on any of the three reusable picks.
