How the Five Compare on the Numbers
Twenty nine listings sit on this pool and nearly all of them sell the same promise: a frame that clears a pipe and turns one cabinet floor into two shelves. The figures that separate them are span, height and load. What almost none of them publishes is a parts list, which for a flat packed metal frame is the thing that decides the first twenty minutes you own it.
One of these five counts every screw. Another offers a choice of what the layers are made of. A third supplies fixings to hold the frame to the cabinet floor. A fourth publishes the cabinet it needs as well as its own size. The fifth names hooks in its title and then never mentions them again.
What the table cannot tell you is how any of these behaves half loaded, because a load rating is a number without a condition: none of the four says whether the figure is a static weight, a weight while sliding, or a weight per shelf in use. It also cannot tell you what the Simple Houseware hooks are, since that listing names them once and never returns to them.
What the Box Actually Contains
A Parts List, Counted Out
GEMWON publishes the kind of bullet that makes a flat packed frame buyable: eight ABS panels at 11 by 6.3 in, four extension rails, two shaped tubes, twelve screws, two caps and two wrenches, with a note that no professional tools are needed. Twelve screws is an honest number rather than a small one, and supplying the wrenches means the assembly does not stall halfway.
The rest of that listing is specific in the same way. It publishes a fixed width of 11.2 in, a length from 16.5 in to 30.7 in, heights from 13.19 in to 16.73 in, three mounting holes for the upper tier and two for the lower, 50 lb per tier on a 0.5 mm frame, and hollow panels to stop water pooling. It also publishes hand washing only.
Panels or Hanging Baskets
ADVEZO is the only pick that lets you choose what the layers are. The listing offers eight thickened panels or four panels with four hanging baskets, on a stainless steel frame that expands from 20.8 in to 34.6 in long at 9.7 in deep and 19 in high, over six height levels, with each layer rated to 35 lb. The panels slide freely to clear a pipe.
That flexibility is the point and the figures need care. Its dimension fields read 13.9 by 12.0 by 11.0 in, which cannot describe a frame the same listing says spans up to 34.6 in. This page follows the maker’s own sentence and treats the fields as unusable, which also means the 4.0 lb it publishes is the only field figure here worth quoting.
Fixings, Dividers and Load
Four Cups and Two Strips
HOMVIA is the only listing that supplies something to hold the frame down: four suction cups plus two adhesive strips to anchor the base for what it calls a wobble free pull-out. On a pull-out that matters, because the force of opening a loaded drawer is exactly what walks an unfixed frame across a cabinet floor over months.
It also publishes the two interior figures nobody else does: the lower basket holds bottles up to 13 in tall and the top basket is 4.7 in deep. Those are the numbers that tell you whether a tall dish soap bottle stands up under the shelf. With five height levels between 13.8 in and 16.9 in and a 50 lb frame at 4.78 lb, it is the best documented interior on this page.
The Heavy One
VEVOR publishes the highest load rating here, 60 lb, on chrome plated steel measuring 12 by 21 by 15.2 in, with adjustable dividers, non-slip bottom pads and a four step assembly that can be built for the left or the right. It is also the one listing that publishes the cabinet it needs, 13.5 by 22 by 19 in, which is the figure most likely to rule it out.
At 13.23 lb it is heavy in the hand before anything goes in it, more than three times the 4.0 lb of the ADVEZO frame. That mass is the reason for the 60 lb figure and the reason the unit stays put without suction cups. It names dividers without saying how many, which is the one gap in an otherwise well measured listing.
The Listing That Names Hooks Once
A Title Claim With No Bullet
Simple Houseware publishes the simplest object here and the clearest set of figures: a two tier tray of 16 by 5.5 by 11.25 in at 1.0 lb, snapped together without tools, wiped clean with a damp cloth. In a narrow gap beside a pipe, a 5.5 in wide tray with two levels does a job none of the wide frames here can.
Its title also says with hooks, and not one of its four bullets mentions a hook. There is no count, no size, no placement and no stated load for them. A buyer cannot tell from the listing whether they hang on the frame for spray bottles or clip to a cabinet wall, which is a shame on a tray whose other figures are unusually tidy.
What Nobody Publishes
Across all five, two things are missing. The first is a condition on the load rating: 60 lb, 50 lb per tier, 50 lb for a frame and 35 lb per layer are four different measurements and none says whether the figure is static or while the drawer moves. The second is interior clearance, which only HOMVIA gives.
The second gap is the more practical one. Under a sink the question is always whether a tall bottle stands under the upper shelf, and four of these five answer it only indirectly, through a total height and a number of adjustment levels. HOMVIA’s 13 in bottle figure is the one straight answer in the group.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
A cabinet you want to plan properly. GEMWON, with a full parts list, panels at 11 by 6.3 in, a span from 16.5 in to 30.7 in, five height positions and 50 lb per tier. It publishes no weight and asks for hand washing only.
A wide cabinet and a choice of layers. ADVEZO, eight panels or four panels with four hanging baskets on a stainless frame from 20.8 in to 34.6 in long at 35 lb a layer, 4.0 lb. Ignore its dimension fields and use its own figures.
Tall bottles under the shelf. HOMVIA, a two tier pull-out with four suction cups and two adhesive strips, five levels from 13.8 in to 16.9 in, a 13 in bottle clearance and a 4.7 in top basket, at 4.78 lb.
Pans and heavy cleaning bottles. VEVOR, chrome plated steel at 12 by 21 by 15.2 in rated to 60 lb with adjustable dividers, at 13.23 lb. It needs a cabinet of 13.5 by 22 by 19 in, which is the figure to check first.
A narrow gap beside the pipe. Simple Houseware, a two tier tray of 16 by 5.5 by 11.25 in at 1.0 lb that snaps together and wipes clean. Its hooks are named in the title and described nowhere.
What We Could Not Verify
Each of the following is a question these five listings do not answer.
- What the Simple Houseware hooks are: how many, how large, where they attach and what they hold.
- How many dividers arrive with the VEVOR, since the listing names them without a count.
- Whether any load rating is a static figure or a figure while a loaded drawer is pulled out.
- Interior clearance on four of the five, so whether a tall bottle stands under the upper shelf is unknown.
- What the ADVEZO panels measure, since only the frame span is published.
- How the HOMVIA and VEVOR frames should be cleaned, which neither listing addresses directly.
