How the Five Compare on the Numbers
Seven live pages already rank this pool: by mounting type, by the footprint and height each maker states in words, by what the caddy will hold, by what the maker publishes about moving and emptying it, by where the water goes, by how many separate places one caddy creates, and by what one purchase contains. Between them they cover the shape of these things thoroughly.
None of them covers the material, and a sink caddy only ever fails one way. It stands in water, it holds a wet sponge, and it rusts. Four of these five name 304 stainless steel, which is the grade to want, and then describe what that means in four different sets of words. The fifth avoids the question by not being metal.
What the table cannot tell you is how thick any of the steel is. Not one of the four 304 listings publishes a gauge or a thickness, so four identical alloy claims cannot be separated on substance, only on wording and on weight. The weight fields hint at it, from 0.22 lb for a 9.25 inch Cisily frame to 0.62 lb for a 7.2 inch HULISEN one, and a weight field is not a gauge.
One Alloy, Four Promises
The Only Listing That Adds Something
HapiRm’s durable material bullet is the only one in this pool with two layers in it: constructed of 304 stainless steel with a layer of anti rust coating, which the maker says can effectively prevent rust even in wet conditions and give a long service life. Everything else here puts bare 304 in the water and trusts the alloy.
Whether a coating helps or simply gives something extra to wear through is not addressed, and the listing publishes no thickness for either layer. What it does publish carefully is the fit: 6.49 inches by 3.14 inches, marked as full width, by 2.95 high, with an instruction to measure before buying, and both an adhesive hook and two suction cups in the box with a restriction to smooth surfaces only.
Rustproof, Rust-Resistant, and Rust-Prevented
SunnyPoint says durable 304 stainless steel, rustproof and heavy-duty. Cisily says premium stainless steel which can effectively prevent rust and deformation, after a first bullet that reads only 304 Stainless Steel. HULISEN says 304 brushed stainless steel, anti-fingerprint and rust-resistant.
Those three claims sit in descending order of confidence about the same alloy, and HULISEN’s is the one most likely to be literally true, because bare 304 in a wet kitchen resists rust rather than being immune to it. None of the three publishes a gauge, a finish specification or a salt test, so the words are the only thing separating them.
The One That Is Not Metal
ABS, and a Stone in the Bottom
Sotfamily sidesteps the whole question. Its material bullet states premium ABS rather than brittle plastic, ensuring a 100% rustproof and durable organizer, which is an easy claim to make when there is no steel in the body. The interesting part is underneath: a natural diatomaceous earth drying stone stated to instantly absorb water drips and completely evaporate them in 60 seconds.
No other listing here does anything with the water except move it. HULISEN catches it in a tray, Cisily slopes it away, HapiRm lets it fall through, SunnyPoint says nothing. Sotfamily absorbs it, and then publishes a care routine to match: rinse the stone regularly, air dry it, and sand it gently with fine sandpaper when stains set in.
The Space It Takes to Do That
The cost of the stone and the two soap dispensers is length. Sotfamily publishes 12.7 inches and says that is 3.45 inches longer than a standard sponge holder, which on a narrow sink surround is a real commitment. It also carries the heaviest weight field on this page at 1.22 lb, which with four non-slip silicone pads is more a feature than a problem.
Against that, it is the only caddy here described as fully removable, so the internal layout adjusts and every part rinses separately. Two elevated side racks hold long-handled brushes vertically, and the main tray is deliberately raised so soapy utensils never sit on the stone. For a caddy judged on what it does with water, it is the most considered object in the pool.
What Else Each Listing Will Commit To
One Load Figure and One Opening
SunnyPoint is the only listing in these five that says how much the frame will carry: holds up to 1.5 lbs, with an explicit request not to overload it to preserve stability. It is also the only one that measures an interior opening, giving the brush slot as approximately 2.2 inches in diameter and warning that a brush head smaller than that will slip through.
Both figures matter more than they look. A caddy mounted on suction cups carries its load through the mount, and SunnyPoint is one of two listings here that mount. The other, HapiRm, supplies an adhesive hook and two cups and publishes no load at all, so the thing holding a loaded scraper to a tile surface is unspecified.
Mounting, and Which Surfaces Are Ruled Out
HapiRm and SunnyPoint both ship two fixings and both are careful about surfaces. HapiRm restricts mounting to smooth surfaces such as tile, metal and marble and states plainly that rough surfaces are unsuitable. SunnyPoint says suction cups work only on polished tile, stainless steel or glass, and that textured, stone or matte finishes need the included adhesive pad instead.
That leaves three free-standing caddies, and two of the three publish what keeps them in place: HULISEN an anti-slip rubber bottom, Sotfamily four non-slip silicone pads. Cisily publishes neither, stating only that no installation is required and that it is ready to use on receipt, alongside a US patent number.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
The caddy lives permanently wet. HapiRm, the only listing here with a coating over its 304 steel, stated to prevent rust even in wet conditions. Published at 6.49 by 3.14 by 2.95 inches, with two mounting methods supplied.
Drips are the problem, not rust. Sotfamily, with a diatomaceous earth stone stated to evaporate water in 60 seconds under an ABS frame. It needs 12.7 inches of surface and its own cleaning routine.
You would rather wash the tray than the caddy. HULISEN, 304 brushed steel at a published 7.2 by 4 by 3.5 inches, with a drip tray that pulls from the front and is stated dishwasher safe.
You are mounting it and want a figure. SunnyPoint, 304 steel rated to 1.5 lbs with a 2.2 inch brush slot, an adhesive pad and suction cups, and clear guidance on which surface takes which.
Three things to separate on a counter. Cisily, with a sloped self-draining tray and three divided spaces in 304 steel. It publishes no size in any bullet and no load figure.
What We Could Not Verify
These are the specifications we went looking for in all five listings and did not find.
- Any mention of a refrigerator. None of the thirty four listings in this pool has one.
- A steel gauge or thickness from any of the four 304 listings.
- A load figure for four of the five, including HapiRm, which mounts to a wall.
- Any size in a Cisily bullet, which leaves only a 9.25 inch size field.
- An interior opening on four of the five, so whether a given brush fits is unknown.
- Any care or cleaning instruction from HapiRm or SunnyPoint.
