How the Five Compare on the Numbers
Weekend meal prep is a capacity problem before it is a storage problem. You mix one large batch, and every strand needs somewhere to hang at the same time. The published pound figure is the first number to check, and only three of these five state one: WiwiIron at 13 pounds, KITCHENDAO plastic at 5 pounds, and Ourokhome at 4 pounds. The MUMSUNG and Cambom state an arm count but no pound capacity.
Arm count is the second number. WiwiIron and Mozphae state 12 arms, MUMSUNG states 11, Cambom and Ourokhome state 10, and both KITCHENDAO racks state 8 rods. Material splits the group again: WiwiIron and Mozphae state bamboo, KITCHENDAO, Cambom, and Ourokhome state plastic, and the stainless KITCHENDAO states stainless steel. None of these figures describe how the rack performs, only what the maker publishes.
The table does not tell you how any rack performs, because nobody here has used one. It also leaves out the two figures that would settle a small kitchen: the folded size of the WiwiIron, MUMSUNG, and KITCHENDAO plastic racks, and the overall dimensions of the Ourokhome. Where a maker states nothing, we write not published rather than estimate.
Capacity and Arm Count for a Weekend Batch
What the pound figures mean
The WiwiIron states 13 pounds of fresh pasta across 12 arms. That is the largest published figure among these five, and it is the one to check if your weekend batch runs long. The KITCHENDAO plastic rack states 5 pounds across 8 rods, and the Ourokhome states 4 pounds across 10 arms. Those two suit a smaller single batch rather than a full day of mixing.
The MUMSUNG and Cambom do not publish a pound capacity at all. The MUMSUNG states 11 stainless steel arms and a transfer wand, and the Cambom states 10 lengthened arms. If a stated pound figure matters to you, those two leave the question open, and we will not fill it in with a guess. Arm count is the only capacity signal they give.
Arms, rods, and spacing
Arm count runs from 8 to 12 across the five. The WiwiIron and Mozphae state 12 arms, the MUMSUNG states 11, and the Cambom and Ourokhome state 10. Both KITCHENDAO racks state 8 rods. More arms means more strands can hang at once, which is the practical limit on a weekend batch once the dough is rolled.
Spacing is stated by only one maker. Mozphae publishes 7.2 inch long arms and states that the wide spacing prevents clumping. Tinada publishes 8.3 inch long arms. The other three do not state an arm length, so we cannot compare spacing across the whole group, only note where a figure exists.
Storage, Cleaning, and Setup
Folded size and drawer fit
The Cambom and Ourokhome both state a folded size of 7.8 inches in height and 3.5 inches in width, the only two folded figures published here. The KITCHENDAO plastic rack states it fits in a drawer or cabinet but publishes no folded size. The WiwiIron and Mozphae state that they can be disassembled and laid flat, again without a folded figure.
Overall height varies widely where it is published. The MUMSUNG states 23.6 inches tall, the WiwiIron states 14.0 inches, the KITCHENDAO plastic states 11.77 inches, and the Cambom states 11.0 inches. The Ourokhome does not publish a height. A taller rack needs more clearance above the counter, which matters if your weekend setup sits under a cabinet.
Cleaning and stated setup time
The KITCHENDAO plastic rack states it is dishwasher safe. The Cambom states dishwasher top safe. The Ourokhome states it can be rinsed with water. The WiwiIron, Mozphae, and MUMSUNG do not state a dishwasher instruction, so hand washing is the safe reading for those three.
Two makers publish a setup time. The KITCHENDAO plastic rack states 15 seconds, and the stainless KITCHENDAO states 10 seconds. The Cambom and Ourokhome state that no screws or tools are needed. We did not time any of them, and we do not treat a stated time as a measured one.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
Large batch cook. The WiwiIron states 13 pounds across 12 arms, the largest published figure here. Its 16.0 inch depth needs counter room, and its weight is not published.
Cook who wants a wand and a rotating top. The MUMSUNG states 11 stainless arms, a 360 degree rotating top, and a transfer wand. It stands 23.6 inches tall, so check clearance above the counter.
Cook who wants dishwasher cleaning. The KITCHENDAO plastic rack states 5 pounds across 8 rods and is dishwasher safe. It weighs 0.59 pounds and states setup within 15 seconds.
Small kitchen cook. The Cambom folds to 7.8 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, the smallest published folded figure here. It states 10 arms and no pound capacity.
First small batch cook. The Ourokhome states 4 pounds across 10 arms and folds to the same 7.8 by 3.5 inches. It suits one family meal rather than a full day of mixing.
