How the Five Compare on the Numbers
The five picks split into two groups by material. HONGBAKE is the only carbon steel set with a stated nonstick coating, and it is the heaviest at 4.23 pounds for three pans. Nordic Ware is the only pure aluminum set, and it is the lightest at 1.65 pounds for two pans. Yuiicaov, Wildone and Baker’s Signature are all stainless steel, and all three state a 450°F maximum. That single figure is the clearest point of comparison in the whole group.
Set count is the second dividing line. HONGBAKE, Wildone and Baker’s Signature publish three pans each. Yuiicaov and Nordic Ware publish two. The published dimensions show how much that matters: Wildone’s smallest pan is 9.37 by 7 inches, while Yuiicaov’s two pans are both 17.5 by 13 inches. A buyer who needs one large pan and one small pan is choosing between those two shapes, not between brands.

The table cannot tell you how any of these pans bakes. Nobody at Lush has used them, and no maker publishes a browning test, a warp test result or a heat distribution map. The 450°F figure is a safety limit, not a performance claim. The weight is a shipping figure, not a gauge measurement. The table is a record of what each maker chose to print, and the gaps are as informative as the numbers.
Temperature Ratings and What They Cover
Which makers publish a limit
Yuiicaov, Wildone and Baker’s Signature each state oven safe up to 450°F. That is the highest published figure in the group, and it is the same for all three. The number matters because a pan without a stated limit leaves the buyer to guess. A 450°F limit covers most home baking, including bread and roasted vegetables, though it sits below the temperatures some broiler settings reach.
HONGBAKE states a heat-resistance warranty against peeling but publishes no degree figure. Nordic Ware publishes no temperature rating at all. For both, the honest position is that the maker does not say. A buyer who needs a stated ceiling should treat those two as unknown rather than assume they match the others.
What the limit does not cover
A temperature rating is a safety statement, not a promise about how the pan browns. None of the five makers publishes a browning test, a warp test result or a heat map. The 450°F figure tells you the pan is rated to that heat. It does not tell you the cookies come out evenly, and no maker here claims to have measured that.
The coating claims sit in the same category. HONGBAKE states a two-layer coating free of PFOA, BPA and PTFE, with a stated 34 percent silicon content. That is a description of what the coating is, not a measurement of how it releases. Yuiicaov, Wildone and Baker’s Signature state no coating at all, which is a simpler claim to check.
Set Sizes and Published Dimensions
Three-pan sets
HONGBAKE publishes three pans at 13 by 9, 15 by 10 and 17.5 by 12 inches. Wildone publishes three at 15.8 by 12, 12.25 by 9.65 and 9.37 by 7 inches. Baker’s Signature publishes three at 9, 12 and 16 inches. The spread is largest in the Wildone set, which runs from a small 9.37 inch pan up to a 15.8 inch pan, and smallest in the HONGBAKE set, where the smallest pan is 13 by 9 inches.
For a standard home oven, the largest pan in each set is the one that decides fit. HONGBAKE’s largest is 17.5 by 12 inches. Wildone’s largest is 15.8 by 12 inches. Baker’s Signature’s largest is 16 by 12 inches. All three sit within a typical half sheet footprint, though the HONGBAKE pan is the longest of the three at 17.5 inches.
Two-pan sets
Yuiicaov publishes two pans, both 17.5 by 13 by 1 inch. Nordic Ware publishes a two-pack with exterior dimensions of 17.9 by 12.9 by 1 inch and interior dimensions of 17.1 by 12.1 by 1 inch. Nordic Ware is the only maker of the five that publishes interior dimensions as well as exterior, which is the figure that matters when you are checking whether a recipe fits.
The two-pan sets are both built around the half sheet size, so a buyer choosing between them is choosing between stainless steel and aluminum, not between sizes. Yuiicaov states 18/0 stainless steel with no coating. Nordic Ware states pure aluminum with encapsulated galvanized steel rims. Those are different materials with different published care instructions.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen
You want a nonstick set with a named coating. HONGBAKE is the only pick that states a nonstick coating, and it names what the coating excludes. It publishes three pans and a warranty against peeling, but no temperature rating.
You want two large stainless pans and a stated heat limit. Yuiicaov publishes two 17.5 by 13 inch pans in 18/0 stainless steel, oven safe to 450°F, with no coating. It is the simplest set of the five to check against a recipe.
You want the lightest pan and do not need a coating. Nordic Ware is the lightest of the five at 1.65 pounds for two pans, made of pure aluminum with galvanized steel rims. It is the only pick that publishes interior dimensions.
You want three stainless pans in a wide size range. Wildone publishes three pans from 9.37 to 15.8 inches, all pure stainless steel, with a stated 450°F maximum. The small pan suits a toaster oven.
You want three stainless pans with a stated 450°F limit and a mirror finish. Baker’s Signature publishes three pans at 9, 12 and 16 inches, PFOA, lead and cadmium free, dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 450°F.
What We Could Not Verify
Several figures a buyer would want are not published by any of these makers. These are the gaps we found.
- A temperature rating for the HONGBAKE set. The maker states a heat-resistance warranty but no degree figure.
- A temperature rating for the Nordic Ware pans. The maker states pure aluminum and steel rims but no maximum heat.
- The weight of each individual pan in the HONGBAKE, Yuiicaov, Wildone and Baker’s Signature sets. Only the set weight is published.
- The gauge in millimeters for the Nordic Ware, Wildone and Baker’s Signature pans. Only HONGBAKE and ZONGXFF state 0.8mm.
- A warranty length for the Wildone and Baker’s Signature sets. Neither maker states one.
- Any browning, warp or heat distribution test result. No maker of the five publishes one.
