How the Five Compare on the Numbers
The five mixers on this page publish dough or food capacity per batch from 3.3 lb to 14.88 lb. The VEVOR 15Qt publishes 3.3 lb, the ZACME 8.4QT and the LEEVOT 15Qt publish 6.6 lb, the VEVOR 30Qt publishes 7.7 lb and the TERUISI 13.8QT publishes 14.88 lb. Bowl volume runs from 8.4 qt on the ZACME to 30 qt on the VEVOR 30Qt.
Published wattage runs from 500W on the VEVOR 15Qt and TERUISI to 1100W on the VEVOR 30Qt. The ZACME publishes 800W and the LEEVOT publishes 600W. Timer ranges are published as 30 minutes on both VEVOR models, 60 minutes on the LEEVOT and 5 to 120 minutes on the TERUISI. The ZACME does not publish a timer range in minutes.
The table does not tell you how any of these machines kneads, how evenly it mixes or how long a batch takes. Nobody at Lush has used them. It also does not tell you whether a published capacity is dough or a broader food capacity, and the manufacturers use both terms.
Capacity and Batch Size
What the published capacity means
The published capacity per batch is the figure to plan around. The TERUISI 13.8QT publishes 14.88 lb of dough, more than double the 6.6 lb published by the ZACME 8.4QT and the LEEVOT 15Qt. The VEVOR 30Qt publishes 7.7 lb of food, and the VEVOR 15Qt publishes 3.3 lb of food. Those are manufacturer statements, not measured yields.
Bowl volume and capacity do not move together. The VEVOR 30Qt has a 30 qt bowl and publishes 7.7 lb, while the TERUISI has a 13.8 qt bowl and publishes 14.88 lb of dough. The manufacturer does not publish a loaf count or a serving yield for any of the five, so you have to convert the published capacity to your own recipe.
How to size a batch to your freezer
Start from the published capacity and work backward. If your recipe uses 1 lb of flour per loaf, the 3.3 lb published capacity of the VEVOR 15Qt sets a smaller batch than the 14.88 lb published for the TERUISI. The ZACME and LEEVOT publish 6.6 lb, and the VEVOR 30Qt publishes 7.7 lb.
The manufacturers do not publish how many loaves or pizzas a batch yields, so the conversion is yours to make. What the figures do give you is a ceiling: a batch larger than the published capacity is outside what the maker states the machine will handle.
Timers, Speeds and Controls
Published timer ranges
The LEEVOT 15Qt publishes a timer of up to 60 minutes, the longest single range among the five that publish one. The VEVOR 30Qt and the VEVOR 15Qt publish 30 minute timers, and the TERUISI publishes a 5 to 120 minute range. The ZACME does not publish a timer range in minutes, though its features describe a countdown setting.
A published timer lets you set a run and step away, which suits a long batch session. The VEVOR models state that the machine stops when the timer ends. The LEEVOT states that you can adjust the time without manual checks. None of these statements is a measurement of how well the timer holds.
Speed settings and bowl adjustment
The ZACME publishes 11 speed settings, more than the three published by the LEEVOT, the VEVOR 30Qt and the VEVOR 15Qt. The TERUISI publishes dual speeds. The LEEVOT publishes its three speeds as 124, 330 and 465 RPM, and the VEVOR 30Qt publishes 130, 193 and 458 r/min.
Bowl adjustment differs by model. The VEVOR 30Qt publishes a lever adjuster, while the VEVOR 15Qt and the LEEVOT publish a turning wheel or rotary knob. The ZACME publishes a tilt head. The TERUISI publishes a snap-lock detachable bowl. Each is a published mechanism, not a claim about how easy it is to use.
Footprint and Weight
Published dimensions
The ZACME publishes 12.2 inches wide, 18.11 inches deep and 16.3 inches tall, and weighs 33.0 lb. The LEEVOT publishes 25.1 inches wide, 14.9 inches deep and 19.6 inches tall. The VEVOR 30Qt publishes 18.19 inches wide, 21.57 inches deep and 33.66 inches tall, and the VEVOR 15Qt publishes 14.6 inches wide, 18.7 inches deep and 26.6 inches tall.
The TERUISI publishes 19.7 inches wide, 12.0 inches deep and 17.3 inches tall. The listing does not say which of the three fields is the depth or the height of the object, so treat them as published figures rather than a guaranteed counter fit. Measure your space before you buy.
Weight and moving the machine
The ZACME publishes 33.0 lb, the lightest of the five. The VEVOR 15Qt publishes 127.9 lb and the VEVOR 30Qt publishes 149.91 lb. The manufacturer does not publish a weight for the LEEVOT or the TERUISI. Those published weights are the figures to check if you plan to move the mixer between sessions.
The VEVOR 30Qt is described in its published features as a floor-standing mixer, and its published height is 33.66 inches. The other four are described as countertop or stand mixers. Whether a machine fits under your cabinets is a question for your own measurement, not for the listing.
Which One Fits Your Kitchen

What We Could Not Verify
The manufacturers publish specifications, not performance data, and nobody at Lush has used these machines. These are the figures we went looking for and could not source.
- No manufacturer publishes a loaf count or serving yield for a batch.
- The ZACME does not publish a timer range in minutes.
- The LEEVOT and TERUISI do not publish a weight.
- The VEVOR 30Qt and VEVOR 15Qt publish weights that do not read as kitchen items.
- No manufacturer states which published dimension is the depth or the height of the object.
- No manufacturer publishes a measured mixing time for a batch of dough.
